Send to Mail Recipient Issue

I'm having a problem with my right click "send to Mail Recipient" when
trying to send a file. A good example would be, right clicking on a photo
and picking "send to Mail Recipient". Windows XP will ask if I want to send
the file at a smaller size or keep it at the original size. When I pick
either one and it completes it's task, Outlook will not open a new message
window with my files attached. If I have Outlook Express as my default mail
handling program, it does work but not with Outlook 2002 as a default
program. Is this a known problem? Any ideas anyone?

I've reinstalled Office XP but still can't get it to work.

Try deleting all your accounts from Outlook Express,
leaving them only in Oulook. Also, make sure Outlook is
running when you're doing the send.
 
I've tried that with no luck. Must be a conflict between Outlook 2002 and
Windows.
