(Send To/Mail Recipient) downsize photo option missing

I am using Outlook 2003 Business Edition on XP Pro

When I right click (Send To/Mail Recipient) on a photo wishing to send it as
an attachment a small dialogue box would open and there were two options. One
if I wanted to downsize the photo and the second if I wanted to send the
photo in its original size.

That dialogue box has disappeared and the photo is attached to an email in
its original size.

Any suggestions on how to get the dialogue box back so I have the option to
downsize the photo file.

That is a Windows option. If it doesn't work try;
Start-> Run; regsvr32 shimgvw.dll

You might need to restart Windows for changes to take effect.
