Send to mail receipient failure

Windows XP SP2, installed Office 2003 Pro, everything works ok except the
"Send To... Mail Receipient" in all programs, get failure, CMC Error, Make
Sure Outlook doesn't have an open dialog box". Must be some connect failure
between Windows & Office.

I appreciate any light shed on this.

I appreciate your answer. I have all recommended updates (I think it might
have worked before them but I am unsure). Would an Office 2003 repair
installation work or is it a failure on the Windows side in connecting to
Outlook?
