send to database

Hello

I posted this a couple of days ago, got a reply from
Stefan, tried out his suggestion but did not have any
success. What I am trying to do is create a database in FP
based on the fill-out-form i have created. I understand FP
will do this automatically but the send to database radio
button in form properties is greyed out. Also, the Insert
Database option in the menu is also greyed out. Stefan
suggested that i need to apply the FP server extensions in
IIS. As far as i know i have done this, but can someone
briefly explain what this involves besides installing them?
I have also converted from FAT to NTFS, which i thought
was causing the problem but seems to have made no
difference.
Thanks, Martin

Installing is one thing, then you have to apply them:
