Send to - Compressed (Zipped) folder disappeared

Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 306531 refers to how
to compress a folder but how do you fix a problem where
the compressed (zipped) folder option is not available ie
it has disappeared and does not appear as an option.
We think installing winzip somehow interupted/removed it.
It does not appear if different people log on to the PC
and also if the person with the problem logs on to
another PC then they get the problem ie the problem does
not follow them around.
Therefore it is specific to the PC in question.
What files affect this "Send to" option?
Any help would be great.
