You posted using the webnews interface to Usenet that Microsoft uses to
pretent they have forums. Perhaps they don't provide a spell checker
before submitting posts (your post definitely needed spell checking).
You might want to get a spell checker added to your web browser. Both
the Google Toolbar and IE7Pro plug-ins add a spell checker that you can
use in Internet Explorer. Even when using a spell checker, it is up to
you to review your post before submitting it, like checking where
capitalization and punctuation should be used. Spelling checkers often
don't include grammar checking.
Do you actually have any accounts defined in Outlook for it to go
somewhere to look for new e-mails? If you don't have any accounts
defined then Outlook has nowhere to connect to send or receive anything.
"button didn't work" says nothing about what actually happens if you try
to use that button, or if the button is disabled or missing from the
toolbar (and for some unexplained reason you couldn't use the menus to
do the send/receive operation).
"and the box said task errors". Are those errors going to remain a
secret? You expected anyone to focus on a solution based on
nondescribed errors?
