send/recieve error saying i need to send file while nothing in out

I am getting a send/recieve error in outlook professional and the error says
its trying to send a file. But when i go to outbox theres nothing in it. I
have disabled outgoing messages so that no virus can send out files this way.
I am worried this is a virus, but NAV does not detect any on my comp. Any
help with this is appreciated.

BCM is not involved in send emails.
You can try your question in microsoft.public.outlook.
