XP Pro SP2, Outlook 2003 or OE6.
More often than not I cannot send emails from my POP3 account and unable to
receive or send on Hotmail. The error messages give the following, "unable to
connect to server" or "too many connections from server" or connection
interupted from server". My ISP have failed to help as they say its a
Microsoft fault not theirs as all my settings are correct. Sometimes there
will be absolutely no problem but then for a few days no sending at all. It
also affects Live Messenger. eg No mail sent also no Live Messenger. I cannot
access Micrfosoft pages when this fault arises but can access other sites.
Weird this may be but I seem to be going in circles trying to right this.
Same results with or without Firewall or anti-virus.
