Dial up modem
When I compose a new message - (or for that matter reply or forward)
and press "send", the message is transferred to the outbox- (as I am
usually offline).
When I go online and press "send and receive" the message stays in the
outbox. .
I cannot get a message sent form the outbox – even if I press "send" while
online.
The only way to get round this is to transfer the message to "drafts",
open the message and press "send" while online
Occasionally, the message in the outbox IS sent when I press the
send/receive button. When this happens it is displayed in the outbox in
bold and italics with a time and date.
I have already ensured that the "Send immediately when connected" box in
Tools - Options - Mail Setup has been checked." I have also tried unchecking
this option and then checking it again.
Any ideas what's going wrong here?
