Send/Receive missing?

It's the strangest thing, my Send/Receive is missing from my menu; I
can't even go to "Actions" and send receive. I think I could correct
the problem by creating a new user profile, but is there anything else
I can try?

Go to Tools, Accounts and make sure your account is set up correctly.
