Send/receive in Outlook 2000

Hello,

We have a user running Office 2000 on Windows XP Professional, Service
Pack 1. Our company is on Exchange 5.5. The user has mentioned that he
does not receive any new mail in his Inbox until he clicks on his
Outbox folder. Can you tell me what settings we need to check to see
what's causing this ? No one else is having this problem. Please let
me know if there is any additional info that you need...

It's a problem with your NAT router (possibly firewall) and UDP:
