Send/Receive for one email account only

Is there any way to make Outlook act like Outlook Express where you can set
an email account not to synchronize or collect emails when you click send
receive? I know you can choose to send or receive on a specific account
only but what if I have 4 emails accounts and I do not want to use one of
them for now. I would like to collect the other emails on one send/receive
click not 3 clicks.

any ideas much appreciated

Try Options > Send/Receive [Groups] & edit or create new groups.
