Send/Receive Disappears

I'm using Outlook 2003. New install. Email settings test ok. However, when
Outlook starts up the Send/Receive toolbar button and Tools menu option
appears very briefly ( 2 or 3 seconds) and then disappears.

Any ideas on this one. I've run a full Norton antivirus scan after a full
update and no viruses were found.

OS is Win2k Pro
 
Hi Mogart,
so you have installed NAV? So please deaktivate the addins from NAV in
OUtlook!
Maybe this could be the reason!
