Send Receive button

I have installed Office Pro. 2003 and the Outlook
standard toolbar does not have a SEND RECEIVE button to
send and receive mail. I have looked in the add buttons
and there is no SEND button to add.

I need to know how send email fast. Please help me fast.

Do you have any e-mail accounts installed yet? You'll need to add an e-mail
account before the Send/Receive functions will be available.
