Send pictures via Outlook Express from Win XP SP1

Hi
The dialog box that gives the option of making all
selected pictures smaller has ceased to appear. That is
when I select pictures & right click to send via email,
Outlook Express opens with the pics ready to send however
the file sizes are to big for some of my friends who only
have Dial Up. It was OK yesterday ????????

Regret not reading other posts
solution was to type "REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL in the "run
box"
