I use my mainly notebook on the road. Sometimes my desktop in the office.
I would like to to complete a rule for all the Sent Items with the action:
"send all to my email address" so that I may receive them on my notebook.
Is it possible?
I tryed with the rule "move a copy in the Outgoping Items" but the result
was it had sent the mails again to the original adresses.
Thank you for any help.
Greetings

Have you tried copying them to another PST file to transfer to the other PC?
I don't think there's a rule that will do what you want.

You could create a rule to do it, then use Run now. Or BCC it to your email
address. I'd probably just copy to a pst and move it to the desktop or use
other sync methods.
See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.asp for ways to sync a desktop and
laptop.

Are you using an Exchange account at work?
