send on behalf

i can get the inbox and everything to display on the assistant's computer, but i still can't get the "from" to come on. a previous post helper (roady) mentioned to reset the customize toolbar, but i still don't see the view from to come up. please help... i'm not sure what else to do. thanks so much
 
Open Outlook
Open NEW MESSAGE
Select the VIEW menu
Select the FROM FIELD

This should make the FROM field visible in the New Message.
