Send Objects Fault

Hi all,
Using Access 2003, 20+ users can fill out a form and it sends off and email.
One User can not. Almost all systems are similar in our domain and I can not
get an error message.
When the form is filled out normally the user just hits a button and an
email is sent off. With this one particular user, Access just freezes and
only closing the application will solve the problem. I know this is a bit
vague but if anyone know how I can find the problem or locate a method to get
an error message it would be appreciated. The code for this application was
converted from a Macro to VB so there is error handling but the code freezes
on the sendobjects and no error is generated.

Hi Murray,

perhaps that user does not have a default mail handler specified or what
is specified is not valid

Thanks for the reply,
It looks like he was the only user that had not got the service pack 2
installed. Have now installed and it seems to be fixed the problem.
