Send mail w. attached Word document without links

I have Word documents which will get data through links from data in Excel.
When the documents has received the data, the users has to mail the document
as a attached file to an E mail.
The problem is to remove the links before sending the Email so the receiver
of the mail don't get the dialog box whether the receiver want to update the
links.

Ctrl+Shft+F9 unlinks a field. Once you have refresh all fields you can then
unlink these fields so the recipient only gets standalone data and no message
about updating links will appear.
You can select the whole document (ctrl+a) and then do the unlink. This will
also affect all other fields such as Table of Contents.
Either select the start of the document beyond the ToC, then Ctrl+Shft+End
to select from your cursor to the end of the document; or for more control as
to which fields get unlinked, use the Select Browse Object button
(Alt+Ctrl+Home), bottom right of the Word window (with the double up and down
arrows), select search by fields, search down, Unlink Field, repeat.
This is for 2003 and prior, and maybe located differently for 2007.
Shortcut keys remain the same in 2007.
Hope this helps
