send mail stays in outbox

i have a paid yahoo pop3 account and having problems getting mail in outlook
2003 as well as trouble sending. I get the error message 0x82004210B. Any
idea how to fix this?

What version of Outlook? Is that the entire message? What do Yahoo's
support people say?
