"Send mail" link in Explorer doesn't work

When I right-click on a file in Windows Explorer, and then click on the
"send to mail recipient," nothing happens. On another computer I have
access to, of course, doing that opens an email with the file attached,
ready to put an address and send.

This may be an easy fix, adding a file type association or something.
What should I do?

Control Panel > Internet Options > Programs tab > E-Mail. Select your
email client from the drop-down list.
