Send mail from other than the dfault email account

Is there a way that I can send mail from other than the default email account without having to go in and change the default email account? I'd like to be able to have it send mail from which ever account I'm in at the time. Can I set it up to do this?
 
Use the "Accounts" dropdown in the message's toolbar.
