send index of directory to notepad thru right click context menu

Not exactly. The last freeware version of ShellToys, however, gives you a
right-click option:
shelltoys --> Print directory listing --> (a box pops up giving you the
choice of sending the list to the printer or copying to clipboard). Then
paste into notepad.

It's not exactly what you're after, but it's close enough for government
work.
