I've recently converted to Outlook 2003 from Lotus Notes and like Outlook
very much.
There was one feature in LN that I haven't been able to find on Outlook.
Lotus had a 'Send & File' option that would automatically browse your
folders and allow you to pick one to save tat reply to. All I can find in
Outlook it to assign a common folder that all sent mail is put in, or the by
going through the 'View > Options, I can assign a particuliar folder for that
email.
I too often forget to run through that View.Option step and have to seach
for the reply.
Does anyone know of a simplier way? I liked in Lotus that when you hit the
send button your folders list automatically popped up.
thanks
