send emails with embedded pictures that will open in outlook plain text

Hi I would like to send quotation emails, that include our company logo and
pictures inside.

i currently use word as an attachment, but would prefer to work straight
from outlook, is there any way of doing this that will work for customers
who do not have html set up as their email preference.

If a user chooses to receive all their mail in Plain Text there's nothing
you can do to override that since it's a client side setting.
