Send email to a list , only one the names appearing inTo in MS out

I want to send a mail to a group or list. Only the recipient's name should
appear in the 'To' box. The othet names should be invisible to him. It is
valid for each other recipient. I do not want to use the 'BCC' field.

Then you have to use Word and do a mail merge.
