Send email - outbox

Hi All,

Hope somebody can help.
I'm using Access to send e-mails using sendobject. If Outlook isn't open at
the time and then you later open it the emails are 'stuck' in the outbox.
I've had many instances when the users insist they have sent a message and
complain nobody's responded! How can i stop this happening without requiring
the user to open Outlook each time they want to send a message using Access?

Thanks

M
