Send E-Mail in Outlook 2007

Just installed Outlook 2007. Am able to receive e-mail just fine, but am
unable to send e-mail? Mail account seems to be set up correctly, but I
don't have a clue where to look after that. any help appreciated.
 
Have you configured your outgoing mail settings as per the instructions on
your ISP's website? Can you send a test message? What happens when you try to
send an email?

Thanks for taking time to try and help me. For some unknown reason, I am
now abler to send e-mail using outlook 2007. I didn't change anything, but
it just started working.

Thanks again.
