Send As Option

Have a user who opens a secondary mailbox as well as his primary. He wants
to be able to send messages from this secondary mailbox as the username of
that mailbox. I am familiar with the "send in behalf of" option, but that
is not good enough. I've heard of a Send As option but don't know where to
enable this.

Don't know if you have the same set up as me, but I have access to a group
mailbox and just put the mailbox name in the From field - for some reason
Outlook still puts the sent mail in my primary Sent Items box (very
annoying!!)

How do you even get a FROM field. I don't have that option?
