Send and Receive

Hi

I was just wondering how to setup Outlook to Send and
Receive when the program opens?

I could get it working on Outlook 2000, but appear to be
having troubles with XP.

In outlook express- click view- layout-In window layout properties- click
customize, you're there

Just wondering Russ .In win xp. From the send & receive menu, I have: Send
receive all- Receive all- Send all & my isp default.I don't find
send/receive settings.

Tools > Send/Receive > Send/Receive Settings... > Define Send/Receive groups

Then you're in the wrong place.
This is a group to support Outlook from the Office group of programs.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and is a quite different
program despite its similar name..

You will probably get a faster and more expert answer if you post this to an
outlook express news group.

Try posting in one of these newsgroups:
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie5.outlookexpress for OE 5.x
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie55.outlookexpress for OE 5.5x
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress for OE 6.x
