send and receive stuck frequently, won't download mail

Outlook 2003, frequently having problems just receiving mail. It seems to
get stuck on one message and will no longer download any of my email, until
I delete the mail from the POP3 server (by using webmail). Also, no problems
with Outlook Express. It's just Outlook 2003 that gets stuck.

I have the same problem with Outlook 2003 - it happens
with a mail message with a blank "From". When I delete it
from the mail server via webmail all is well. This was
not a problem with Outlook 2002. - We have search the
microsoft site and and not found any references to the
problem.
