send and receive problems

I moved from an old Pc with windows xp to a new pc with windows vista.I did
the configuration,changed my password and i can't receive or send e-mails,
and this message came:

Valid server names should not have an @ character in them. Make sure
you entered the server name correctly. Valid email addresses do have an
@ character in them, though.

You do not have the correct name for the incoming mail server.
Also, port 150 is non-standard, and likely to be wrong.
Your mail provider probably has a web page showing all the correct
settings. I would help you look for that, but I can't read Portuguese.
