send a report on a specified day every week automatically access

I have created a report in Microsoft access and would like to set it up to
automaticaly email on a certain day of the week (wednesdays) every week.

In a general sense, you'd need to have Access evaluate the current date
(check for Wednesday), and check for whether the report/email/... had
already run on a particular Wednesday. I'm not aware of any built-in
capabilities, so you'd need to do this yourself.

Or you could buy an application that interfaces with Access.
