"Send a link" problem

Tried some new email clients and find that "Send a link" under the mail icon
only works with Outlook Express is this correct or is there any settings
that i need to change. Thank You.
 
Any mail client should work (provided they properly register the handlers).

Export this key and post here:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Clients\Mail

And mention the OS.
