semaphore timeout period has expired

Hi all,

For windows 2000 SP3 named ServerA, it has a sharing folder Share1. User
telnet to serverA using Service for UNIX 2.0 (telnet tool by Mircosoft). User
run java program to write a lot of files to \\ServerA\Share1.
When the java program run for about 12-15hours, error
I/O error: java.lang.exception

In event log, error
Source: TlntSvr
Description: The semaphore timeout peroid has expired

In Service for Unix, no timeout is set.
