Hello.
Is it legal to sell a database (.mdb file) on the internet?
Could you point me to a Microsoft website that explains the legalities of
this?

You can sell or distribute the mdb without any problem or special license.
Anyone who already has Access can run it. For those who don't have Access,
you'll need a runtime version. To distribute the runtime version of Access,
you need a developer's license which is only distributed with the
Developer's Edition.
