Windows 2000 does not have a utility msconfig which can be used in Windows XP
to select which programs you want to run each time Windows stars. How do you
know which programs are starting and how can you select them in Windows 2000?
Thanks for any help you can give me.

You can use msconfig.exe from a Windows XP computer (copy it to
%systemroot%\system32 ) and it should work fine, btw.
