Selecting duplex within printer properties results in simplex prints

Hi,

I'm using a w2k adv sp3 print server. All clients are
printing to the shared printers on the print server.
Suddenly duplex printing was not possible any more. When
I print from an application and I change the printer
properties (From word - File - Print - Properties) to
duplex printing, this setting is not kept, resulting in
simplex print jobs. Even if I select the printer
properties from an application (word) change to duplex,
select OK and immediately go back the properties, duplex
is disabled again. Normally these printer properties are
kept until I close the application.

I have this problem only on clients uisng the shared
printer from the print server. On the print server itself
no problems. Local installed printer drivers on the
client no problems.

Can somebody help me out

Ron, we have the same issue with several different drivers
on our printer serves here. Was a resolution ever found?
