Selecting Certain Pages

I have a 35 page document, and I would like to select pages 11-33 to go to a
separate blank document. Is there an easier way than just copying and
pasting these pages? I would ideally like to save these as a new file.

Jenny -

Unfortunately, Word does not have the "extract pages" feature like some
other programs do, such as Acrobat Adobe. But I would recommend this - save
your initial document with a new name, to create your new file, then just
delete pages 1-10 and 34-35. Keeps you from having to "cut and paste".

Hi Jenny-

Word doesn't actually deal with "pages" the way we think of them.

Simplest way I know of (based on your example) is:

1- click at the beginning of page 11,
2- _Scroll_ until you can see the end of page 33,
3- hold down Shift while you click at the end of the page
4- copy & paste into a new blank document, then save with whatever name.

CyberTaz, your solution doesn't work if they are drawings, text boxes, etc.

Does any has a solution to copy a page with his background, drawings, text
boxes, etc.

The method CyberTaz gave with copy everything on those pages except the
header and footer.
