Select Users in Shared Database

Is there a way to actually delete a select user when trying to share a
database. I lost the remote password I set up for the user and cannot
connect them now. System will not let me try and add them again as they are
already in the select users list. I want to delete it ans start over or be
able to change the remote password. Help!!

The user is a Windows and Sql Server database user, and your best bet
is to remove the user directly from Windows and Sql using their tools.

The BCM Sharing Wizard facilitates adding users to a shared database,
but BCM doesn't provide a UI for all aspects of user management.

We don't have an SQL server. We do have a windows server for the office, but
my laptop is being used as the BCM server right now. Would I still do this
from Windows?

THanks,

Sql Server is a database service installed as part of BCM. Its where
BCM stores its data.

If you remove that user from Windows, they may get dropped from the
BCM database.

Can this topic be explained more in detail? I believe we setup the passwords
incorrectly, but the wizard does not allow you to edit settings of a "shared
user".

How can i permanently remove a user in the shared database? I downloaded
the 2005 SQL Management program, but am unable to locate the database values
which include our users.

Thanks,
