Select mail recipient by company name

Greetings,
When selecting a email recipient to email too ("New Mail Message" ->
"To.." ) is there a way to change the view of the "Select Names"
window that pops up. I want to search for the contact by their company
name. not their name.

No. The Outlook Address Book has no such features. Those features are built
into Contacts Folders, which are now the preferred venue for selecting
recipients.
