select fax recipients by categories

how do i select fax or email recipients using categories or company name. I
do not have a specific name for many contacts so these contacts do not show
up in the "select fax recipient" dialog box?

I'm using outlook 2003, from a pc, i can fax either through InterFax
internet fax service or using my built in fax modem (AC97 SoftV92 Data Fax
Modem)

The "select fax recipient dialog box" is the one that comes up from within
outlook or when sending directly from Word 2003.

My original question was:
how do i select fax or email recipients using categories or company name.

Then you would have to be using the Outlook Address Book. It will display
every Contact that has a valid, resolved fax number. It cannot be sorted by
category. It can only be sorted by FN, LN or by the File As... field.
