Select Certificate - but nothing to select

I keep getting a message to "Select Certificate" but the box is empty.
Sometimes, there will be a number (5 to 10) of these boxes on top of each
other, all empty.

I am very new to Vista... This operates on an HP Quad Core...

Any ideas?
 
No one is responding to this post, other than you... I have been researching
the issue and have not found much. Let me know if you find anything. Thanks
