Seems to detect changes whenever I switch users.

My XP Pro machine that I have at home has two users and
I "switch users" between them a lot. When I do, it
reports, for example, that the home page changed. These
pop-up messages are annoying. It should track user stored
browser settings on a per user basis instead of tracking
current-user registry changes on a per-machine basis.

Its an issue with multiple user accounts and MSAS, look for this to change
in beta 2. Limited accounts are not supported also in the beta 1 release.
