hi all,

i am currently running nav 2003 bundled with norton system works 2003
and would like to install a second anti-virus program to be run on-demand.

i'd like to install antivir as my second on-demand scanner.

do you have to disable nav 2003 to install the second virus scanner?

is there possibly a link that gives advise on installing a second virus
scanner?

any comment suggestions are welcome.

No, Just install the second AV program like any other application.

I run NAV and AVG side-by-side with no problems, and I use Antidote:

As an on-demand Scanner.

It is certainly advisable to disable the currently installed AV program
during the install process of the new program.
