We are looking for checklist of items that we can check off (clothing) and
easily list items like household, kithcen items, games, ect.

To avoid the notebook paper list of pants w/ talley marks.

Thank you

Not sure what you are asking. If you want a checklist, then you are
probably not going to use Microsoft Access which is a database program.

My guess is that you are in the wrong newsgroup, but there is a household
inventory database template out there that you could use if your goal is to
keep an inventory of your belongings. Of course, you would have to have
Microsoft Access to use that template.

We're all just guessing as what you really want but if:

If you are running a Charity resale shop and want to find a 'fair market
value' to provide contributers with a list of items contributed (US IRS)
Then
http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p561.pdf may be of some help.

TurboTax has an add-on that will allow one to calculate the 'fair market
value'. Otherwise I'm not aware of a free set of tables to help determine
the values.
Reading the IRS guidance above, it would be what your going to charge if you
are running a charity resale store.

From here you can expand to forma and reports and add additional fields and
