See permissions of Shared folders

are there any command for see permissions of shared folder and files by command line or cmd Prompt
 
Cacls is built in and will show ntfs permissions if used in the context of
just listing the folder as in [ cacls c:\winnt ] . There are Resource Kit
utulities to show share permissions and showacl for ntfs but I like the free
dumpsec from SomarSoft. --- Steve
