Define Safe. For the most part, if you are speaking generally, yes, based
upon the default security settings that takes a lot more to undo than OE.

The content of the email is what I most concerned about. Is Outlook ensure
the security of the process of sending and receiving emails and prevent them
from being spyed? Or it depends on what kind of email box you used--charged
email or free email?
