Hi Jason, Set up all the users with their own accounts and set them to
limited. Only users with Administrator accounts can intall
applications. Go to the control panel and open the users applet, follow
the directions for creating accounts, and set the type. This will solve
your problem. Make sure you password protect your administrator

If you have XP Pro, it will be through group policy.
How To Use the Group Policy Editor to Manage Local Computer Policy in
Windows XP

Open a run Command and type in:
gpedit.msc click [OK]
On the group Policy locate this option under:
[&] User configuration
[+] Software Settings
[+] Windows Settings
[-] Administrative Templates
[-] Internet Explorer
[+] Application Compatibility
[+]Internet Control Panel


[-]HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies =


[-]HKEY_CURRENT_USER/SOFTWARE/Policies/Microsoft/Internet
Explorer/Restrictions
