Whats with all the other stuff that comes with the database when you do the
security wizard like the BAK file that i cant even open, and the security
thing it looks like an empty access database and if i delete any of them it
messes up everything. Im also wondering why I cant get into my database it
says that "You do not have the necessary permission to use the object. Have
your administrator or person who created this object establish the
appropriate permissions for you." But i can get into the shortcut just fine
is there a way that i can get into both?

With respect, instead of going off on here like a loose canon, why not
download and study MS's FAQ on ULS. There's a link on my web site along
with a working example. It will help you understand what's going on.
